Saturday I made Mark Bittman’s Roast Port with Sage and Potatoes. Today, I made magic from leftovers. I have combined (savory!) roasted pork, butter, minced garlic, mushrooms, red and green bell peppers, onions, salt and pepper to taste, shaved provolone, and a toasted hoagie. It works. It really works.
