– George Will I don’t agree with his politics, but I love his love of baseball. He went on to say that the only Oscar-nominated movie that he has seen is Moneyball, and he has seen it 4 times.

Nix v. Hedden →
Nix v. Hedden, 149 U.S. 304 (1893), was a decision by the Supreme Court of the United States that affirmed the lower court ruling that the tomato should be classified under customs regulations as a vegetable rather than a fruit. The Court’s unanimous opinion held that the Tariff Act of 1883 used the ordinary meaning of the words “fruit” and “vegetable,” under...

ESPN's Power Rankings from the final week of the... →
The Cardinals were ranked 10th. The teams that the Cardinals beat on their way to becoming World Series Champions were ranked 1st (Philadelphia Phillies), 3rd (Milwaukee Brewers), and 4th (Texas Rangers). The Atlanta Braves were ranked 9th. I love baseball and I love that the Cardinals came from nowhere to win their last two championships.

kileyrae: Civil rights make Bill O’Reilly angry. I don’t mean to be a dick, but, as an attorney, watching non-attorneys discuss court opinions is a bit like watching dogs play poker.
