At City Museum in St. Louis.
Way too tall for this. Concussion imminent.
On Yesterday’s episode of Avec Eric, Chef Eric Ripert visited The Inn at Little Washington in Washington, Virginia (skip to after the first commercial break). In the video Chef Patrick O’Connell introduces Eric to Faira the Cow, who I met May 29, 2010. It’s a good episode. Watch it.

Currently drinking scotch and watching an Avett Brothers DVD with Uncle Eric and his son-in-law Andy. They’re playing guitar along with the songs they know and drowning Busch Lights when their hands are free.

Throw down the gauntlet. Double or NOTHING!
mrbrnmkgboston:
Well, in all craziness, I have decided to take a double or nothing bet that I can run 6’ 30” mile or better. Reason: I know I can do better than yesterday and I’ve learned from my mistakes. The run will take place in about 45 minutes at Stankowski field.

10 hours of travel
12:30pm - Left Paul’s apartment and walked to the 96th Street Station;
Got off at Times Square;
Walked to Park Italian Gourmet, 60 W. 45th St., where I spotted Jesse Eisenberg;
Walked to a bank so Paul could embarrass himself;
Hopped back on the subway which I took to Canal St.;
Walked to the BoltBus pickup;
Five hours and 40 minutes on the BoltBus next to a very annoying 60-ish...
It is 6:30. We just entered Delaware. FML.
BoltBus driver just prefaced our departure with a warning that we will have to pull over at times if the snow is too bad. Also, she’ll be driving extra slow during those times it snows. So we’ll see.
